Flavor country: Curly endive (frisée for all you hipsters out there), chicken breast, olive oil, dijon mustard, garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper, oregano, chili pepper, sea salt, onion, paprika, bell peppers… topped off with a garlic chevre from Salt Spring Island Cheese Company.
